At today\u2019s General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting, Iberpapel\u2019s shareholders ratified the
\nproposal to pay remuneration of \u20ac0.70 per share in 2012, implying a dividend yield of
\n5.35% using the share price of \u20ac13.08 of 31 December 2011.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Of the total agreed remuneration (\u20ac0.70 per share), \u20ac0.30 was paid out on 15 February
\nlast as an interim dividend against profit for the year. This will be completed with
\nremuneration of \u20ac0.40 per share, as approved by the Company\u2019s shareholders today,
\npayable from 8 July 2012. The latter payment will take the form of the partial
\ndistribution of the share premium.<\/p>\n

In addition, shareholders received a bonus of \u20ac0.005 per share for attending the general
\nmeeting.<\/p>\n
